Assignments

Students will be completing a weekly homework packet that will be sent home on Mondays and it will be turned in on Friday. I will also be sending home a reading folder that will include fluency passages, writing prompts and grammar assignments to help them build on their skills and practice more. In addition handwriting will also be sent home so students can practice forming and writing letters. All of these items will give students the opportunity to prepare for second grade!

Please remember to read to your child every night in order to help them with comprehension and fluency!
