Teacher Bio

My name is Nicole Weideman and this will be my 21st year teaching.  I previously taught in Nebraska and moved to Arizona four years ago.  I love the change in scenery and the warmer weather!

I attended Iowa State University (years ago) and have a BS in Early Childhood Education Unified.  My Masters degree is in Education as well.  I take my job to heart and have enjoyed working with young children  for my entire professional career.  Children are the world’s most precious gifts and our future is in their hands.  I also know it takes a village to raise a child.  I look forward to working with your family and thank you for the opportunity,

Personally, I recently adopted 2 rescue dogs, Quincy and Lola!  It has been an adventure and I am so happy to have them.  I have family in California, Iowa and Illinois and am the proud aunt of 7 children.  In my spare time, I like to paint, cook, hike and spend time training my puppies.  Confession, you can also find me watching Netflix movies frequently.
