Teacher Bio

Welcome to my bio! Here are some things about myself.

This will be my third year as a teacher at MC Cash Elementary. Prior to that, I was a paraprofessional for two years in special education. I am from Oregon, but have lived in Missouri for the past 9 years. I received my Bachelor Degree in Elementary Education at William Woods University.

I was blessed throughout my life with the opportunity to travel. I have lived in Oregon, Europe, Texas, Nebraska, Missouri, Kentucky, North Dakota and now Arizona . It’s allowed me to look at life from so many different perspectives.

For my home life, I am married to my husband, Jake! We got married three years ago, and have been together for over 10 years. Family is everything to me, and I wouldn’t be the person I am today without them! We bought our first house almost two years ago come November, and are loving every minute of home ownership (except the steep electric bills during the summer)! We thrive on being the best dog parents to “Penny” we adopted her a little over a year ago. She has snuggled her way into our hearts 🐶!

Some things I enjoy are Chipotle, Colados & Crepes, Enroute Coffee (best coffee in the valley), Peanut Butter M&Ms, Dark Chocolate, Pizza, Tacos, Hobby Lobby, Target, shopping sprees, the outdoors, living a healthy life, and lake days!

I look forward to getting to know more about each of my students and their families, and in return y’all will get to know more about me!
