Teacher Bio

Hi! My Name is Miss Elena Skaggs! I am 34 years young and I will be your child’s 3rd grade teacher for the 2016-2017 school year! This will be my 13th year teaching and my 2nd  year at Rogers Ranch. I am excited to make this my best year yet! 

I grew up in Phoenix, Arizona.  My family did a lot of traveling when I was young so I have been able to see a lot of the world. I danced for 12 years when I was younger. I am still very close with my family and see them every week.

I graduated in 2004 with a Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education from Arizona State University. In 2013 I graduated with my Masters in Curriculum and Instruction with an Autism Spectrum Disorder Focus from A.S.U.
