Assignments

Students will receive weekly homework. They will be provided with reading fluency homework. Students will have timed readings to complete. In addition, students will practice their math fluency. They will have timed math pages which include addition up to 20 as well as subtraction up to 10. Our homework is directly aligned with state standards. The purpose of our homework is to master the end of year goals for first graders across the state. Students will receive  weekly spelling words. We test every Friday. These words should be practiced throughout the week.
