Teacher Bio

Hello all!

I think we can all  agree that 2020 has been an interesting year, to  say the least. Regardless of that fact, I am looking forward to starting off the school year with a smile! This will be my 4th year in education, but my first year working here at M.C. Cash. I  earned my bachelors degree from Northern Arizona University with an emphasis in early childhood education. I am also passionate about learning Spanish, and am very excited to practice with my new students and their families.:)

My personal goals are to always be encouraging to my students regardless of their status. I want my classroom to be a place where all students feel welcome and safe, a place in which we create our own culture of learning, fun, and acceptance. I also hope to instill in my students a sense of hard work. I want them to know that in order to succeed, they need to set a goal and work towards it. My students will do more than just memorize facts, so I will give them work that requires them to think and use their imaginations. I will use an interactive teaching style that requires them to be involved in the classroom. Everyone will have an opportunity to give their input. My goals are to give my students a good sense of  work ethic, personal values, and a great education.

All students are capable of success!
