Teacher Bio

Recently, my wife, our four children, and I have felt that it was time for our family to start a new adventure; so, after much thought and discussion, we have decided to move from our longtime home in Idaho to Arizona and build a new life in Laveen.  Leaving the Boise area was a difficult decision, but my wife and I felt that new opportunities in a new place will help us grow as people, present us with new opportunities to serve others, and give our family a grand new adventure. It is time to give our four daughters a better opportunity in a greater city.  In doing so we are leaving a lot behind but look forward to new adventures which lie ahead.

I have always had a passion for teaching and have seen that enthusiasm grow significantly over the years leading up to my certification.  I had the pleasure to have served a mission in Madagascar from 2006 through 2008 where I was able to not only realize how much I loved to teach but also was able to hone my teaching skills in French and Malagasy.  After returning to Idaho I worked my way to attaining three Associate’s Degrees from the College of Western Idaho in Liberal Arts, Communication, and Secondary Education (with an emphasis in Social Science). I then enrolled in Northwest Nazarene University where I focused on Elementary Education, completed a Bachelor’s Degree, and earned my Idaho State Teaching Certification.  Once settled, I plan to work towards a Master’s Degree in Education and am extremely excited to continue my education while sharing my love of learning with others.

I have coached Track and Field and football at the High School for the last six seasons.
But, most importantly, I am married to a beautiful Malagasy woman with four beautiful daughters, live in Middleton, and am honored to be a part of your child’s educational experience.

I would like to thank all of you in advance for trusting me with your kiddo’s and being willing to put their education in my hands.  I promise that I will not let you down, and  sincerely appreciate you all and look forward to meeting you in person.

Life is great!
