Hello! Here is some information that was provided at the beginning of the year. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to me!
These documents, and a few extra, will also be passed out to your child on Monday August 8th if they were not picked up on Meet the Teacher Night. There are two forms that were given to students, one is tan and one is white. These both need to be returned to me within the first week of school. The tan sheet is all student information so we can enter all this information into our school systems. The white sheet is the permission form for technology and photos. Thank you!
