What we are learning… Week of 10/17

7th Graders –

We are learning about how the North and the South drifted apart leading to the Civil War. Topics covered include sectionalism, slavery, the economies, and heading West.

8th Graders –

This week we are presenting our “Fight For Our Right’s” research project where students argued against a law they disagreed with. We also cover the propaganda, motive, and bias involved in the Boston Massacre.
