A couple of weeks ago, we learned about the importance of working together in the community. That being said, we created a map of the MC Cash community on a long “butcher paper canvas”. The students brainstormed together to what must they include in their “painting”. They also voted and chose their art medium as a team. They also worked out which table teams will draw the different components of their map (houses, roads, trees/plants, cars, people, other buildings). The entire class showed their drawing skills as they shared their markers with each other. The students were so enthusiastic and proud of what they have created as a kind, accepting, caring, hardworking group. You may check out our Gallery section for more pictures.
