“With” “He”?

I know, you were probably rattled to see a typo or think that there is a grammatical error in my title. It is actually a pair of sight words that we will be mastering this coming week. Yes, we have two sight words this week! It’s time to crank that sight word machine and get our children independently reading in no time. Let’s get them to meet or exceed their fluency goals now, everyone! Let’s do it!

Sight Word “He”

Letters Ff and Rr are Ready to Go

This Monday, we will be exploring words that begin with the letters Ff and Rr. Kindly take a moment to help your child discover things around them that begin or end with the /f/ and /r/ sounds. Finding words that are decodable with these letters/sounds are also strongly recommended. Have fun!

Read the Sight Words with Me

This website has the sight words your child need to know to become a fluent reader in the future. Practice and get on the road to a happy and successful mastery of the art of reading!

2017 K-3 Winter Concert

On Monday, December 4th, the kindergarteners, first, second, and third graders performed their winter holiday songs for their families at the gym. The kindergarteners sang Jingle Bells and Five Little Bells with their beautiful ugly sweaters and their big sweet smiles! Good job to all my students who attended this event. To the parents and families, thank you all for supporting your child and creating unforgettable memories with them. Your presence gave the assurance of your full partnership with our school’s goal of a wholesome development of each child-  of each Roadrunner!
