Classroom Updates

Due to parent teacher conferences, both Thursday and Friday will be early release days.

There is no school on Monday, January 16.

The Honor Roll and Principal’s List assembly is Friday, January 13 at 12:40pm.

Each 4th grade class will participate in a classroom spelling bee to uncover the top 2 spellers in each class. We will then take the top 2 spellers from each classroom to have a grade level spelling bee.

NJHS Winter Wear Drive!

The National Junior Honor Society is asking for gently used/new donations! All donations will be going to the UMom shelter to help support homeless families this Holiday season.

PRIZE for winning class: Pizza Party!

• Donation suggestions: hats, gloves, coats, jackets, warm socks, etc.

                   This drive runs until January,16 2017

Attendance dress down for the month of November is on Wednesday, December 7.

3rd Annual Laveen Winter Festival is located at Laveen Education Center (5001 W. Dobbins Road) on December 9th from 5-8pm. Admission is free, but tickets will be sold for select activities. Please come out to support the Laveen Education Foundation!

Friday, December 9, 2016 is a Dollar Dress Down Day in support of National Junior Honor Society.
