Retest Policy

Retesting will be available for ACADEMIC assignments only.

1. The student will need to request a retake form within 3 days of getting the test back from the teacher.
2. They need to fill out the front completely (explain WHY you want to retake the test) and choose 3 activities from the backside – teachers may have practice pages/activities they require.
   1. ALL fourth grade teachers require that one of the 3 activities is fixing the incorrect test questions on a separate sheet of paper
3. Students will complete the activities and return the form with the original test prior to the retake.
4. Retakes will be approximately 1 week after they get their test back (needs to be coordinated time with the teacher)
