Teacher Bio
I began my teaching venture in 2016 when I decided to transfer my community college credits over to Grand Canyon University. At the time, this was a career altering decision because I originally wanted to pursue a career in criminal justice and be a police officer. However, while taking a literature class at the community college I was attending, I realized the importance that the language skills I was learning had in nearly every career field. I then came to the conclusion that I will not only major in these important skills, but serve my community by positively influencing the up and coming generations. Fast forward three years and I graduated with Summa Cum Laude honors and a Bachelors of Arts degree in English for Secondary Education. I am extremely passionate about my career and excited to build a personal relationship with each and every one of my students.
