This assignment is actually for the parents. Please take the time to fill this out for your child whether you think you will qualify or not. This EZ Meal Application is really useful for our school. We encourage all parents to fill it out now, our teachers and administration will appreciate it. This can be found on the Laveen website under Programs & Services.
