Teacher Bio

My name is Emily Ferguson.  I have been teaching in Arizona for 12 years but this will be my third year at Desert Meadows.  I am originally from Boston, MA and I travel back to Boston often to visit my family.  I have my undergraduate in Psychology and my master’s degree in Elementary Education.

A few fun facts about me:  I have a 16 months old baby girl named Emma who just loves to go to daycare! She is a beautiful blessing! I love the color green!  I like to online shop, eat lots of different kinds of food, only loves dark chocolate, and loves to drink tea!  I have a new puppy named Ruby!  She is such a sweet heart!  I am excited to be get to know you and your child this year!  🙂
