Hello First Grade Families!

Schedule:

8:30-8:40  Morning Work

8:40- 9:20  Spalding (Phonics)

9:20-10:40 Reading/Writing

10:40-11:15 Acceleration (Reading Groups)

11:15-11:55 Lunch/Recess

11:55- 1:15  Math

1:20-2:00 Specials

2:00-2:10 Recess

2:10-3:00 Science

3:00-3:30 Social Studies

**early release days end at 12:30 pm

Homework:

Reading homework will be sent out on Monday and due Friday each week. Math homework will be sent home when a new lesson is learned. Usually 3-4x a week.

Supplies: Please bring the following the first week of school.

• Headphones
• Labeled water bottle

Donations: These items would be appreciated at anytime throughout the school year.

• Tissues
• Ziploc bags
• Pencils
• Crayons
• Glue Sticks
