Teacher Bio

My name is Mr. Meihak, and I have been with Estrella Foothills Global Academy since 2023. After graduating college in Minnesota in 1998, my education career began after graduating college in a small Christian school in Lincoln, Nebraska. In 2005, my family moved to another Christian school in Tampa, Florida. 8 years later we moved to Miami, Florida where I taught both in private school, Miami-Dade Adult GED Education, as well as ESL classes, and tutoring.

I have an amazing family who supports and encourages me. My wife Katie is a 4th Grade teacher at Emmanuel Lutheran School in Tempe. My oldest daughter is studying to be a nurse in Wisconsin. My middle daughter graduated from high school in Florida, and will be entering college in Minnesota, and finally my son will be a 9th Grader at Arizona Lutheran Academy.

In my free time, I enjoy collecting historical items, running long distances, playing games with my family, and learning as much as I possible can about Roman History.
