Classroom Updates

7th grade Parent Orientation will take place in your student’s homeroom through Google Classroom on Monday, August 3rd at 8 AM. You will need your student to be present to log on to the Google Classroom and access the Google Meet link. Upon completion of the orientation, your student will begin their own orientation session with their homeroom teacher and switch classes according to their student schedule.

If you cannot make it, the information can be found at this link and the Google Meet Session will be recorded and posted in your student’s Google Classroom.

Please stop by Desert Meadows for the opportunity to check out a Chromebook for your student (optional if you have a computer at home), pick up curriculum materials (Math and ELA workbook pages), and sign this year’s Technology Agreement (required for students to have a Laveen account and access their work for the year). Checkout will be by last name and open times are for everyone. We ask that you bring a mask and/or face covering to follow CDC guidelines on campus.
