Joia Westwood

Hello! My name is Ms. Westwood and I can’t wait to have an exciting year with you all!

I graduated from the University of Arizona with a bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education and I have two wonderful children of my own. I have worked at Laveen Elementary for the last 10years. I take pride in creating a classroom environment where all my students feel important and loved and that they can face any challenges put before them. I believe in order for a student to be successful, collaboration with their families is very important. We will work together to ensure your child’s success!
