Teacher Bio

Hello! The 2021-2022 school year will be my 4th year at Laveen Elementary. I was born and raised in Michigan. That is where my love for the outdoors came from. I am a wife, daughter, sister, aunt, friend, teacher, coach, and much more. Laveen found me at a job fair in the city I attended college. When they told me about my dream position being open, I was sold on moving to Arizona!

The past few years in Arizona have been wonderful. I have soaked up the beautiful land doing countless hikes. Sports are a favorite of mine and I have had fun cheering on the local Cardinals, Diamondbacks, and Coyotes. When time allows, I enjoy traveling around the United States and abroad. Exploring somewhere I’ve never been is my absolute favorite.
