Hi Families!
As you may have heard, Laveen School District is moving to an online learning style. What this will look like for our students may be a little different than most and maybe even a little more challenging. I am going to do my best to keep it as simple for our students, the parents/guardians, and myself so the students can get the best from this already confusing time. If you ever have any questions feel free to reach out to me via email (abennie@laveeneld.org) and we can always set up other forms of communication to ensure the students are understanding the things provided. I am going to try to keep them doing as much of their “normal routine” as possible.
I will be available online from 9:00-11:00 am to talk with you and the students through different ways of video chats if needed also I will try my best to have all daily emails answered by 4:00 pm (if an email is sent after it may be answered the following morning).
I have sent out an email (3/20) to give an explanation of google classroom and the different expectations of the students until we either go back to our normal school days or the end of the year. Below is a link that will help assist parents with Google Classroom, this is also on the expectation page here on my website and in the email sent.
